Westminster is a guard gated deed restricted community located in Lehigh Acres, in Southwest Florida. This community is located within minutes of Southwest Florida International Airport, FGCU, spring training facilities of both the Red Sox and the Twins, and just a short drive to enjoy Southwest Florida’s Gulf Beaches of Sanibel Island, Captiva and Ft. Myers Beach.

This beautifully maintained community features eleven lakes, which wrap around 50 acres of preserves. Westminster features a community center, billiards room, and a fitness center. Amenities include tennis courts, pickleball courts, bocce ball, basketball, playground, pool with spa, and a picnic pavilion.
